Our beloved Barron - Vom Barron's Pride Kennel was named in his honor.
He was taken from us too soon. During the construction of our new home
in Loxahatchee, FL he was shot and killed by a neighbor and dumped in a canal. While searching for him, when he disappeared, he was found by Thomas and Tony floating in the water. He was retrieved and layed to rest
beside his sister Roxanne who died as a result of injuries she suffered
defending our home during a burglary. That year we lost Jake due to old age. Sara and Roxanne due to the burglary, and Barron all due to the evils of
man.
After losing all our dogs we could not bear the empty
place in our world without a dog. Not ready to bring
in another German Shepherd we decided to adopt
a Border Collie, Zip.
It didn't take us too long to realize that just any dog would not due. We missed our beloved
German Shepherds. That is when ShaKira and Chaos came into our lives.
